Short description
Android edition of the only existing Swedish-Hungarian translation dictionary first published in 1969 and since seen several reprints. Contains all material (45,000 words) of the original book in easily searchable form.
The app is based on the following book:
Swedish-Hungarian dictionary, second edition, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, 1972.
Chief editor: György Lakó; editor: József Fehér
(C) Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest 1969.
The app is built on the imagery and raw OCR text provided by Project Runeberg.

Trivia concerning the original dictionary
All ‘full’ dictionary pages contain exactly 108 lines (54 per column), except one: pp.208 (page 232) has 107 lines, 54 in the first column and 53 in the second.

The Foreword is included both in Hungarian and Swedish. It’s closing paragraph in the Swedish version is below:
Till slut några ord om motiven till vårt arbete. När jag 1950 påbörjade arbetet med denna ordbok, leddes jag inte bara av vetenskapliga syften och praktiska synpunkter, utan jag ville samtidigt även i denna form giva uttryck för den tacksamhet som jag tillsammans med talrika föräldrar till ungerska barn sedan den svåra tiden efter andra världskriget har känt och känner gentemot så många kända och okända svenska välgörare för deras hjälp.
However, the corresponding paragraph is curiously omitted from the Hungarian version. I will leave you to wonder about the reason for this, but I can assure you that it was not due to lack of space.
